Neighbors Worried After FBI, U.S. Marshals Invade Broken Arrow Home; Seize dogs, search a house

The FBI is investigating a Broken Arrow home near South 41st Street and East 193rd Avenue South.

The agency says it is conducting a court-authorized investigation, but has not revealed more information about what agents are looking for.

The FBI entered and exited the house and was seen charging dogs at one point. Neighbors said they awoke to the sound of law enforcement trucks arriving and orders broadcast over a loudspeaker that a search warrant was being issued.

Neighbors said it was a very sudden and surprising awakening as the area is generally a quiet neighborhood. They said the owners were good people with family who invited them to church. They wonder what caused the officers to invade the house.

“My wife told me there were a lot of cops at the end of the road, that was certainly surprising,” one man said.

The FBI said there was no threat to the public but gave no further information.
