GID Industrial announces the acquisition of two portfolios in Atlanta and Seattle totaling more than 343,500 square feet

DALLAS, June 24, 2024 /PRNewswire/ — GID, an American real estate investment and management company with over $29 billion in assets under management1announced the acquisition of two separate properties: Seattle Distribution Center in Seattle and Shiloh Road East and Royal Atlanta Drive in Atlanta.

The Seattle distribution center consists of two multi-tenant buildings totaling 174,341 square feet that are currently 69% leased to seven tenants and one rail user. Located in South SeattleThe property provides direct access to I-5, SR-509 and SR-99, facilitating seamless communication with Downtown SeattleHarbor Seattleand Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (“SeaTacThe buildings also feature a concrete structure with tilting walls, 49 entry gates and 4 entry doors over 24 feet high, and a variety of apartment configurations ranging from 5,000 to 38,000 square feet.

The Atlanta The portfolio consists of three multi-tenant buildings totaling 169,215 square feet, with Shiloh Road East located in the Meadows Industrial Park in the North Central/GA 400 Corridor segment and South Royal Atlanta Drive located in the Royal Atlanta Business Park in the district Big food/stone Mountain submarket. There are 17 apartments on offer, 97% of which are currently rented to 15 tenants with a WALT of 2.8 years. Also included are 40 entry gates and 13 entry gates with an average clear height of 16-23 feet. This portfolio brings GID Industrial’s total space at Royal Atlanta Business Park to 350,510 square feet.
