Whatfix partners with Tech Mahindra to accelerate digital adoption

Whatfix, known for its digital adoption platforms, has entered into a strategic partnership with Tech Mahindra, a technology consulting and digital solutions provider. The collaboration aims to accelerate the adoption of data-driven digital solutions for enterprises around the world.

The partnership between Whatfix and Tech Mahindra aims to help enterprises deliver personalized user experiences and optimize application performance. This will enable companies to better measure and drive the value of their software investments and digital transformation strategies. The collaboration is also expected to help Tech Mahindra customers achieve significant business outcomes, including cost reduction, revenue growth and improved risk compliance.

Whatfix’s comprehensive product suite includes analytics products such as Product Analytics and Enterprise Insights, application simulation tools such as Mirror, and tools for deploying mobile, web and desktop applications. These products facilitate data-driven decisions, engaging training, seamless implementation, and sustained performance throughout the application lifecycle.

The suite aims to improve productivity and user experience, accelerating the return on investment in digital transformation. For example, by implementing Whatfix tools, Sentry saved $950,000 in training resources, Experian saw a 72% increase in productivity, REG saw a 50% improvement in time to productivity, and Grifols saved $107,000 in reduced sales training and support costs.
