The European personalized medicines sector strengthened thanks to the Sino-EU project PerMed – Euractiv

The China-EU PerMed project, launched in January 2020, includes a bi-regional consortium of six partners from government, funding and research organizations to promote cooperation in personalized medicine between Europe and China.

The project was part of a joint, broader effort by the European Commission to increase international cooperation to promote personalized medicine and aimed to include China in the International Consortium for Personalized Medicine (ICPerMed), an initiative led by EU Member States, and accelerate the implementation of the Strategic Program Research and Innovation in the field of personalized medicine.
