Flo Networks appoints Hugo Nava as CIO and Rocio Martinez as COO

EL PASO, Texas – (BUSINESS WIRE) – Today, Flo Networks, a leading provider of digital infrastructure solutions and connectivity services, has announced the appointments of key executives. Company representatives proudly share the nominations Mr. Hugo Nava as Chief Information Officer and Mrs. Rocio Martinez as director of operations. These strategic appointments will position the company’s leadership to best serve its clients and enable it to continue to grow in the digital infrastructure sector.

Mr. Nava, previously Chief Operating Officer, steps into the role of CIO where he will be responsible for continuing the company’s digital transformation, ensuring robust and scalable solutions that meet the evolving needs of Flō Networks customers. Mr. Nava is a graduate of Universidad La Salle in Mexico, where he received a bachelor’s degree in computer science and a master’s degree in information technology administration from the Instituto Tecnológico de Monterrey. He will be able to continue to focus on process standardization, cybersecurity and the integration of advanced technologies to increase operational efficiency and service delivery.

Ms. Martinez, who assumes the role of COO, previously served as Chief People Officer (“CPO”) at Flō Networks since joining the company in 2020 following the acquisition of Neutrona Networks. During her time as CPO, she successfully oversaw and played an integral role in the integration of two other acquisitions. In her new position, Ms. Martinez will be primarily responsible for the company’s operational strategy and execution. He brings over 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, managing operations in various countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. Ms. Nava holds a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies and a Master of Science in Open Information Systems from the Interamerican University of Puerto Rico.
