White & Case advises Mitsui & Co. in the acquisition of unconventional gas assets in Texas

Global law firm White & Case LLP advised Mitsui & Co., Ltd., through its U.S. subsidiary, Mitsui E&P USA LLC (MEPUSA), on the acquisition of unconventional gas resources in Texas from U.S. oil exploration and production companies oil and gas, Sabana, LLC and Vanna, LLC.

The White & Case team was led by M&A partners Mingda Zhao and Emery Choi, environment and climate change partner Taylor Pullins, tax partner Chad McCormick (all in Houston), and antitrust partner Rebecca Farrington (Washington, DC).
