King Kullen appoints the company’s vice president of operations

Cullen, a resident of Amityville, New York, began her career at King Kullen in 2010. He serves on the company’s board of directors and on the board of Long Island Cares, in this role he furthers the food bank’s goal of improving food quality, safety and helping families achieve self-sufficiency.

Prior to joining King Kullen, Cullen was an attorney in the New York and Stamford, Connecticut offices of a leading national employment law firm. She earned an MBA from Columbia Business School and a J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law.

Founded in 1930 and headquartered in Hauppauge, New York, King Kullen was recognized by the Smithsonian Institution as America’s first supermarket. Currently operates stores in cities on Long Island: Bay Shore, Bellmore, Bethpage, Blue Point, Bridgehampton, Center Moriches, Cutchogue, Eastport, Garden City Park, Halesite, Hampton Bays, Hewlett, Huntington Station, Island Park, Levittown, Lindenhurst, Manhasset , Manorville, Massapequa Park, Middle Island, North Patchogue, Rockville Center, Shirley, St. James, Valley Stream, Wading River and Wantagh.
