PAN strengthens its B2B technology expertise with the acquisition of BLASTmedia

BLASTmedia becomes PANBlast, a wholly owned division of PAN dedicated to emerging and rapidly growing B2B SaaS brands

The acquisition helps realize PAN’s strategic goal of representing B2B technology brands at all stages of their development – from emerging, through mid- and late-stage, to listed shares. BLASTmedia is transforming into PANBlast with immediate effect and now has the ability to offer a wider range of integrated marketing services thanks to PAN’s brand-to-demand approach, which includes PR, social media marketing, content marketing, paid media and experience design driven by solid data and analytics.

The 40-person PANBlast team based in Indianapolis, Indiana joins forces with the 170-person PAN company, HyFlex model an organization headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts, with teams distributed across the U.S. from coast to coast – from San Francisco, California to New York, New York – and global teams in London, England. All former BLASTmedia team members will be transferred to PANBlast PAN leadership team hospitable Mendy Werne as managing director of PANBlast i Lindsey Groepper as vice president of business development and marketing for PANBlast.

With this strategic acquisition, PAN strengthens its commitment to delivering a diverse set of essential and innovative PR services with highly skilled experts who are passionate about media, client relationships and thought leadership excellence.
