Newton Property Management appoints two new management board members

Rachel Littlejohn and Vincent Goldie

Newton Property Management has appointed Vincent Goldie as chief executive and Rachel Littlejohn as business development director.

The company said the strategic move underlines its commitment to raising customer service standards and driving change in the property management sector.

Vincent Goldie brings a wealth of experience to his new role, having served as CFO since February 2023, following previous senior roles at Creditfix, Together Energy and Sure Thing! Insurance. His leadership and transformational impact were quickly recognized, leading to his appointment as CEO and Board Director in March 2024.

“The property management industry needs a revolution in customer service and I am honored to lead Newton into its next phase,” said Goldie. “By reinventing our approach to customer service and implementing strategic changes to systems, processes and technology, we are well-positioned to set a new standard of excellence in our industry.”

Newton Property Management has undergone significant restructuring, laying a strong foundation for expansion across Scotland. This includes the appointment of Rachel Littlejohn to the board as a shareholder and director, alongside Stephen O’Neill, chairman, Kirsten O’Neill, director and Derek Macdonald, director.

Rachel Littlejohn brings a unique combination of commercial creativity and discipline to her role as Business Development Director. With her extensive international experience, Rachel focuses on setting the standard for customer service from the first inquiry.

She added: “I am thrilled to be appointed to the Newton Property Management Board at such an exciting time. My goal is to drive excellence in business development, ensuring that every interaction with our clients is aligned with our vision of providing industry-leading customer service.
