Nottingham’s largest business park sold

Nottingham-based Perrymead Estates has expanded its portfolio with the acquisition of Wheatcroft Business Park in Edwalton.

Wheatcroft Business Park comprises seven purpose-built office buildings which can accommodate single or multiple tenants.

The property also features a recently refurbished business workshop at Roseway House, offering shared workspace for SMEs and individuals.

The company is known for renovating historic buildings and transforming them into places to live and work.

Perrymead Estates Director, Oliver Wheatcroft, said: “We are delighted to welcome Wheatcroft Business Park to our portfolio. Situated on the former rose fields behind Notcutts – formerly Wheatcroft – Garden Centre, overlooking Sharp Hill Wood, the site has been configured to meet current requirements, with high quality offices housing a range of businesses including NG Chartered Surveyors, The BCF Group, NG Accounting, Barratts Solicitors, Tweezerman UK and many others.

“While it is in line with our other developments as a primary business accommodation destination, Wheatcroft Business Park is unique to us as it is located outside Nottingham city centre. Branching out from the city allows us to offer businesses living in the area safe parking and strong road and community connections.”

“We pride ourselves on delivering flexible, affordable and modern business space, which is why we are particularly excited to open our recently bespoke Business Workshops, which have been designed to provide the ideal working environment for ambitious local businesses, freelancers and professionals who will be warmly welcomed to this thriving business community.”
