Realia Business confirms the continuity of the management board

Reality Business (ES:RLIA) has released an update.

Realia Business SA announced the re-election of key board and committee positions, with Mr. Juan Rodríguez Torres confirmed as non-executive Chairman of the Board and Chairman of the Executive Committee. The Board of Directors and its delegated committees – the Executive Committee, the Nominating and Remuneration Committee and the Audit and Scrutiny Committee – maintain continuity by confirming current members at the last session.
