Position: Associate III, Quality Department

What would you do:
• When a customer reports a bad experience with Coupang regarding product quality or defects, our goal is to prevent the product from being sold and prevent the bad experience from spreading to more customers.
• Immediately confirm with the PBS team the cause of product quality issues (delivery, damage, defects, etc.) and take action so that sales can resume.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collaborate on emergencies to ensure the best possible experience for our customers
• Early risk response by assessing various issues and escalating quickly
• Daily customer voice audit from various channels

Necessary requirements:
• A person with professional experience related to Andon
• A person with the ability to perform his work scrupulously and conscientiously
• Possibility to work in the afternoon/late night hours

Preferential treatment
• Experience with Zendesk
• A person with experience in a similar department in the e-commerce or open market sector
• Basic level of Korean
