Mountain & Co. And the acquiring company AND FC Barcelona jointly announce the termination of the Business Combination Agreement of August 11, 2023The decision to terminate the Agreement is based on a joint decision to focus on short-term business opportunities that can best be pursued through a private structure. The parties have agreed that Barça standalone, without Mountain, will fully focus on pursuing such business opportunities that are expected to significantly drive Barça Media’s growth.
