Goldstream Investment Announces Major Acquisitions

Goldstream Investment Limited (HK:1328) released an update.

Goldstream Investment Limited has entered into three large and related transactions involving acquisitions under the Feasible Result, USFL and TechStar agreements for a total consideration of approximately $38 million. These transactions are material to the company as they exceed the 25% applicable percentage required for shareholder approval under the Listing Rules. The acquisitions include a 30% interest in Feasible Result, 908,000 shares in Advaccine and shares and warrants in the TechStar acquisition vehicle.
