Dutch company Ciphix acquires Bizzomate – Silicon Canals

Rotterdam-based hyperautomation specialist Ciphix has acquired Limburg-based startup Bizzomate, an expert in low-code software solutions. The acquisition is a key step towards Ciphix’s goal of becoming a leading player in Europe in the field of hyperautomation.

European specialist in hyperautomation

Founded in 2018, Ciphix is ​​an IT company specializing in hyperautomation. It helps organizations unlock human potential through intelligent business process automation.

The company combines various technologies to fully automate processes from start to finish across all operations.

In May 2023, Ciphix launched a buy-and-grow growth strategy with Mentha Capital, acquiring low-code app specialist Webflight in September 2023 and now Bizzomate.

Following this expansion, the company now employs over 170 people and has offices in Rotterdam, Amsterdam and Valkenburg.

Purpose of acquisition

Bizzomate offers Ciphix extensive expertise in low-code. The former has over 75 certified professionals with experience in implementing low-code applications in sectors such as healthcare and manufacturing.

Bizzomate clients include Maastricht University, Mental Care Group and MediReva.

Ciphix mentions in a statement that amid global labor shortages, hyperautomation is becoming crucial to reducing heavy workloads in precision administrative tasks. The integration of hyperautomation, AI, and low-code technologies increases efficiency, fosters innovation, and strengthens the competitive advantage of companies.

The acquisition of Bizzomate aligns with Ciphix’s strategic goals, building on the success of the Webflight integration and demonstrating how low-code applications enhance Ciphix’s hyperautomation offering.

Customers of both companies will benefit from a full suite of digitalization services, including low-code applications, robotic process automation (RPA), artificial intelligence (AI), process mining, and integration platform as a service (iPaaS) solutions.
