### New Rajasthan Government and Youth Policy

#### Education reforms
With the coming of Shri Bhajanlal Sharma government in power, Rajasthan has seen some significant changes for the youth. The education sector has seen an improvement by providing better facilities that ensure quality education for the youth. Financial assistance and guidance is being provided to promote entrepreneurship. The state government is improving physical and mental health by improving sports facilities and organizing sports programmes.

#### Employment and Skill Development
The Rajasthan government has initiated several important measures for the youth in the field of employment and skill development. The state has created many new employment opportunities, promoted recruitment in both the government and private sectors and encouraged investment in industry. Various skill development programmes have been launched, providing training to the youth in modern technologies and industrial requirements.

Skill training centres have been set up in sectors like IT, health, agriculture and construction, providing opportunities for the youth for a bright future. Moreover, financial assistance and entrepreneurship development programmes are being conducted to promote self-employment. These government initiatives are providing new employment and skill development opportunities, helping to build a successful future for the youth of Rajasthan.

#### Government Jobs
Prime Minister Shri Bhajanlal Sharma assured the important role of youth power in the development and perfection of Rajasthan. Government services provide an opportunity for the youth to serve the needy sections of the state and society and bring about positive change. This year 70,000 posts will be filled in government offices. Recruitment will be done as per the calendar based on vacancies and posts left after retirement. Till now 16,641 posts have been filled, advertisements have been issued for 58,000 posts, examinations have been conducted for 11,500 posts and financial approval has been given for 5,500 posts.

#### Strengthening digital infrastructure in education
The state government has launched a higher and technical education portal, simplifying the admission process to colleges. A central database of students is being prepared through this portal, increasing transparency and ease of administrative processes. The government has also initiated the setting up of smart science classrooms and labs, using virtual and augmented reality to help students understand science content better.

Free Wi-Fi and digital classrooms are available in government colleges, automating libraries. Digital measures like Aadhaar-enabled biometric attendance systems are also being implemented, improving the overall quality and transparency in the education sector.

#### Nurturing talents
The state government is committed to nurturing talent and making them leaders in every field. Rajasthan Institutes of Technology and Rajasthan Institutes of Medical Sciences are being set up in every division of the state, along with IITs and AIIMS, so that students do not have to leave the state to pursue their dreams. A medical college is also being opened in every district. The government is taking steps to provide accessible, affordable and quality education to all, from pre-school to post-graduate level, free of cost to children from low-income groups, small/marginal/tenant farmers and agricultural labourers.

#### Sports and Youth Policy
In the sports sector, the government has launched the ‘Mission Olympics 2028’ plan, which aims to provide world-class sports facilities to talented youth. A premier sports centre offering training and facilities in various sports will be set up in Jaipur. National medal winners and participants in sports competitions will also be provided with government jobs, encouraging the youth to pursue their sports careers.

#### Infrastructure and development
The state budget has allocated significant funds for the development and modernization of schools, colleges, hospitals and other administrative buildings. New schools and colleges will be set up and existing institutions will be modernized, which will improve the quality of educational and health services and fulfill the dreams of the youth of Rajasthan in terms of education and sports.
