Do e-commerce export sales require GST?

Hello fellow CA,

I have been selling on Amazon all over the country. Now I am planning to expand my sole proprietorship by selling abroad through Amazon. As of now I am paying GST remittances every month for all sales in our country. I want to know how GST remittances will be in the new scenario of international selling. Will GST be exempt for the sales that I am making as e-commerce exports?

I would also like to know if in the new international sales scenario, while filing monthly tax returns, I will be required to provide any special details on the GST portal?
