St. Bernard and Cincinnati police responded to the highway shortly after 1 a.m. when a serious crash was reported near the Mitchell Boulevard exit.

Traffic is being directed from I-75 to the eastbound lanes of Norwood Lateral.

Drivers are advised to detour to eastbound I-275 if possible, or from the eastbound Ronald Reagan Cross County Highway to southbound I-71.
