Today, the closing ceremony was held at the Ministry of Electricity and Renewable Energy Sources in the New Administrative Capital. The event was attended by Deputy Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy Sources, Eng. Osama Asran and Chairman of the Holding Company for Electricity, Eng. Gaber Desouky, as well as leaders of the Egyptian energy sector.

Participants expressed their gratitude for Egypt’s hospitality and the high-quality training provided by Egyptian experts. They highlighted the valuable experience they gained and pledged to apply their newly acquired knowledge in their home countries. Egypt’s involvement in regional capacity building is broader, as nearly 9,300 trainees from African and Arab countries benefit from similar programs, strengthening the SDGs in the energy sector across the region.
