Kerecis Introduces Shield Spiral Advanced Wound Care Device

Kerecis has expanded its silicone-to-fish skin product offering with the introduction of Shield Spiral wound dressing.

The design of the Shield Spiral dressing allows it to be adjusted to various wound sizes, ensuring flexibility and precision.

The grafts can be reduced from 30mm to just 15mm, providing the same level of protection as other products in the Kerecis Shield range.

The combination of undamaged fish skin and silicone is characterized by perforated fenestration marks that are cut in a spiral shape and allow for easy personalization.

The Kerecis Shield family of products, including Shield Adhesive and Shield Standard, is intended for the treatment of a variety of wound types such as pressure ulcers, diabetic foot ulcers, vascular ulcers and exuding wounds.
