Baker McKenzie advises on acquisition of six solar assets

Baker McKenzie advised Capital Dynamics, an independent global private asset manager, on the acquisition of six photovoltaic (PV) assets in Spain, part of two acquisitions.

The first acquisition is for a portfolio of approximately 157 MWp consisting of three turnkey photovoltaic assets in Andalusia, while the second is for a portfolio of approximately 160 MWp consisting of three fully approved turnkey photovoltaic assets located in Aragon.

The firm advised on these two acquisitions, and the corporate mergers and acquisitions team was formed by the partner Luis FusterSenior Associates Jose Heres AND Modesto’s Entranceco-workers Andrea Iraola AND Alberto Aires, who received support from a tax partner Jaime Martinez-Íñiguez and Senior Associate for Regulatory Affairs Manuel Somacarrera.
