Lantheus Names Jamie Spaeth Chief Human Resources Officer





Lantheus has named Jamie Spaeth as Chief People Officer, effective July 8, 2024. Ms. Spaeth joins the leadership team with nearly 20 years of HR experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries, most recently serving as Chief People Officer at Corium, a biopharmaceutical company.

Her responsibilities will include fostering a collaborative culture and supporting talent development to strengthen Lantheus’ strategy as a leading radiopharmaceutical focused company. Ms. Spaeth’s experience includes roles at Sage Therapeutics and Shire, and she holds degrees in hospitality and tourism management and human resources.

Ms. Spaeth has nearly 20 years of extensive human resources experience in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Most recently, Ms. Spaeth was the Chief People Officer for Corium, a commercial-stage biopharmaceutical company, leading the development and commercialization of novel neurological therapies. Prior to Corium, she served as Head of HR, R&D, Technical Operations and G&A for Sage Therapeutics. Additionally, Ms. Spaeth spent 12 years at Shire in various HR roles of increasing responsibility. Ms. Spaeth currently serves as an advisor to the Kristine Pettoni Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting women in their efforts to reenter the workforce, advance their careers and achieve financial stability. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality and Tourism Management from the University of Massachusetts and a Master of Science in Human Resources from Suffolk University.
