CBRE Group Announces New Board Member and Compliance

CBRE Group (CBRE) released an update.

Gunjan Soni has been appointed to the Board of Directors, effective July 15, 2024, and will serve until the 2025 Annual Meeting of Shareholders. The Board has certified her independence under NYSE and SEC regulations, ensuring there are no conflicts of interest. Soni will be compensated in accordance with the standard non-employee directors’ compensation package and will enter into a compensation agreement with the Company. The Company publicly announced her appointment on July 8, 2024.
