Changhong Jiahua Holdings Ltd. has announced organizational changes under which Ms. Xu Shan will assume the position of Financial Controller and Ms. Yang Na, alongside Mr. He Jianhua, will be appointed Vice President, effective July 8, 2024. The appointments are part of a strategic move to strengthen the company’s financial and operational management. The Board expressed confidence in the new appointments, given their extensive experience and previous contributions to the group.
