Apple Watch Series 10 Ultra-Sized Screen Rumors Leaked Mark Gurman Power On Specs

The next iteration of the Apple Watch series could be getting a significant upgrade. According to reports, the Apple Watch Series 10 could have a display that is the same size as the company’s premium Apple Watch Ultra. Bloomberg’s Mark Gurman, known for his accurate predictions, shared these observations in his latest Power On newsletter. Gurman says that the Apple Watch Series 10 could have a 49mm screen, putting it on par with the larger Apple Watch Ultra.

Apple Watch Series 10 could get a slimmer design

This potential increase in screen size isn’t the only likely improvement the watch will receive. Gurman’s sources suggest a slimmer profile for the upcoming Apple Watch model, responding to user requests for a more streamlined design. The reduced thickness could make it more comfortable to wear every day without compromising on functionality.

The most intriguing rumor concerns the watch’s processing capabilities. The Apple Watch Series 10 is expected to feature a new chip that could pave the way for artificial intelligence (AI) features in future updates. While details remain unclear, this leak suggests Apple is looking to push the boundaries of what’s possible in wearable technology.

As with all unofficial reports and leaks, these details should be taken with a grain of salt. The Cupertino tech giant has not confirmed any specifications for the upcoming device.

However, if the rumors turn out to be true, the Apple Watch Series 10 could represent a significant step forward for the company’s wearable offerings, while blurring the lines between standard smartwatches and premium offerings.

The Apple Watch Series 10 may not include all the health monitoring features that were previously rumored. Apple has hit a snag in developing two key features for its wearables: blood pressure monitoring and sleep apnea detection. Sources say the blood pressure monitoring feature failed to meet Apple’s rigorous reliability standards during internal testing. As a result, the company may delay its release.

Gurman also suggests that Apple now faces a tight timeline. The company is currently working to resolve the ITC ban ahead of the likely September cycle.
