Apple Releases WatchOS 11, VisionOS 2, and TVOS 18 Beta 3 to Developers

After two weeks of silence, Apple has released the third beta of watchOS 11, tvOS 18, and visionOS 2 to developers so they can test out new features and report bugs and issues. The company will release these updates later in the year, and the betas are Apple’s way of making sure there are no major issues and that the build is stable enough to install.

Apple has released beta 3 versions of visionOS 2, watchOS 11, and tvOS 18 for developers to test

The latest betas also introduce new features and changes to the mix, so the latest versions are more than welcome additions. Starting with watchOS 11, the third developer beta can be downloaded by linking your Apple ID to your developer account. This will allow your device to receive the update over the air. Now, all you need to do is launch the Apple Watch app on your iPhone, go to General > Software Updates > Beta Updatesand download the appropriate beta version to your Apple Watch.

Apple has also released the third developer beta of tvOS 18, which can also be downloaded over the air by linking your Apple ID to your developer account. Simply sign up for the beta via the Settings app on your Apple TV, and you’re good to go.

Finally, Apple has also given you the option to download and install visionOS 2 beta 3 on your Vision Pro headset. The latest update can be downloaded and installed via the Settings app on your headset. Simply head to the Software Update section, then tap Beta Updates. Once you’ve done that, select Developer Beta and you’re good to go. Again, make sure your Apple ID is linked to your developer account so you can receive updates wirelessly.

The latest betas will bring a slew of new features and changes that the company announced last month on the WWDC stage. We’ll be keeping a close eye on the updates and changes coming with the latest release, so be sure to stay tuned.
