Egypt hosts meeting to strengthen partnership between domestic industry and private sector

Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly met with the Minister of Investment and Foreign Trade Hassan El-Khatib to discuss strategies to open new markets and attract foreign investment.

Plans were outlined to improve human resource capacity through training programs, enhance marketing strategies and forge closer partnerships with the private sector.

The Prime Minister noted that the integration of foreign trade files with the Ministry of Investment is in line with the objectives of strengthening coordination and achieving goals related to opening new export markets and attracting more foreign investments.

He also stressed the introduction of an enterprise resource planning program to optimize production processes and the importance of engaging large international investment entities to attract investments to Egypt, especially in selected sectors, with special attention to the industrial sector.
