eBay advertisers have a completely new interface and experience.

The e-commerce marketplace offers the following new features as part of the relaunch of eBay Advertising:

  • An updated Marketing tab in Seller Hub, and a new Advertising tab that provides one-click access to an improved Advertising dashboard designed to provide a comprehensive, holistic view of your campaigns, as well as detailed reporting for easier analysis and customization.
  • Today’s Recommendations feature offers daily, personalized tips to optimize your campaigns and increase your ad performance.
  • “Suggested Campaigns” tool with custom, ready-to-run campaigns based on historical data and eBay best practices.
  • Trend-driven campaigns, that leverage eBay’s AI technology to discover current and emerging market trends and create ready-to-run campaigns targeted to specific advertisers and their unique offerings, including actionable tips to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Advertising insight designed to help sellers discover the latest news, research and product announcements from eBay Advertising.
  • Personalized recommendations and real-time pop-up notifications.

Improved advertising portfolio

eBay sellers can use three advertising solutions from the new dashboard: Promoted Listings, Promoted Offsite and Promoted Stores:

  • With Promoted Listings, advertisers can leverage campaign strategies that are designed to align with their unique business goals. A prioritized campaign strategy provides priority access to ad placements with advanced controls and tailored AI-generated campaign recommendations. The overall campaign strategy provides general access to ad placement with standard controls.
