Terex Washing Systems unveiled Stream software at Hillhead last month, introducing a real-time data-driven system that delivers insights that can improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

According to Terex Washing Systems, Stream is set to revolutionize the way operators interact with their equipment by delivering descriptive, predictive, and actionable information. With the ability to track jobs and keep records via a mobile app, the company says Stream simplifies maintenance management and allows users to unlock greater efficiency.

Stream offers a comprehensive view of connected assets, providing users with data such as production data, machine status and maintenance notifications. The company says that having this data enables proactive decision-making and performance optimization.

Stream includes features for logging daily checks, scheduling lubrication, and logging problems or deviations. Tasks can also be assigned to factory or dealer representatives.

In addition, Stream supports remote login for commissioning, HMI training, troubleshooting and parameter changes, enabling troubleshooting and improved support. Users can access data via a dedicated portal or via standard application programming interfaces, and the system integrates with other Terex telemetry sites to provide a holistic view of machine performance.

Terex Washing Systems says Stream’s predictive capabilities, which draw on more than 7,000 pieces of data spanning production and machine data, enable timely maintenance alerts, reducing the risk of unexpected downtime and increasing overall efficiency.
