Dominion Energy Virginia Seeks Renewable Energy PPAs in PJM Territory

Dominion Energy Virginia (DEV) has announced a tender for renewable and other zero-emission energy PPAs in a region spanning 12 Mid-Atlantic states and the District of Columbia.

DEV will only consider proposals for facilities located within PJM, except for facilities located in Virginia that are to be supplied to the PJM Dominion Transmission Zone.

Properties with a commercial start date of operation after October 1, 2021 are eligible, as are properties under construction with a commercial start date before the end of 2035.

All participating bidders must register by submitting an Intent to Bid Form and a signed confidentiality agreement by August 30. The deadline for submitting bids is September 30.
