Geronimo Web’s Acquisition Creates Digital Retail Giant

Digital automotive sales technology provider izmo Inc. has acquired Geronimo Web, a global provider of digital marketing programs for OEMs and dealers. The deal, izmo said, solidifies its position as one of the largest providers of digital online platforms for automotive dealers in the United States, Europe and South America.

The combined company now serves more than 4,000 dealers worldwide, providing services in 37 countries and 16 languages, according to izmo.

“This acquisition is a significant milestone in our mission to revolutionize the automotive retail landscape,” izmo CEO Tej Soni said in a press release. “Geronimo’s digital and online marketing expertise combined with our innovative interactive media products will enable us to deliver even greater value to our customers around the world.”

Geronimo CEO Jackie Lawton said the deal allows Geronimo to leverage izmo’s technology and resources.

“This partnership will allow us to accelerate our mission of supporting automotive OEMs and dealers in their digital transformation journey,” she said.

izmo said the merger will provide both companies’ customers with greater global reach, a diversified product portfolio with access to a broader range of products, and greater expertise.

The Izmo product portfolio, including izmoemporio 3D Virtual Showroom, Digital+ Digital Transformation Program and MarketingFactory, will now be available to dealers using the Geronimo platform.
