ACER MALAYSIA LAUNCHES AI-POWERED TRAVELMATE LAPTOPS TO INCREASE PRODUCTIVITY

KUALA LUMPUR, July 10 (Bernama) — Acer Malaysia today launched the TravelMate series of laptops equipped with advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) features that enhance productivity while delivering better performance for professionals and businesses.

The Acer TravelMate P6 14, TravelMate P4 14, TravelMate P4 Spin 14 and TravelMate P2 14 laptops feature TravelMate Sense, a comprehensive command center that lets you monitor and optimize your devices to meet your productivity needs.

Chan Weng Hong, general manager of products, sales and marketing at Acer Malaysia, said the series has commercial features that set it apart from other brands, while emphasizing security and privacy for commercial users.

“Because artificial intelligence is developing so quickly, many programs available on the market are not fully certified, and people are concerned about their security.

“We are emphasizing this to ensure privacy security (so) that new software compatibility will work properly with the device, so that commercial users can deploy applications without any worries,” he told Bernama after the launch of the Acer TravelMate series today.

Chan also added that the company’s new products will be equipped with advanced technology such as artificial intelligence, as these features have a lot to offer.

“We’re very excited about AI because we’ve only just touched the tip of the iceberg. There are so many things that AI can do. It acts as an assistant, making you more productive at work and helping you function better,” he said.

The Acer TravelMate P6 14 is priced at RM7,999 or RM7,599 for the non-touchscreen version, the Acer TravelMate Spin P414 is priced at RM6,199, the Acer TravelMate P4 14 is priced at RM4,799 and the TravelMate P2 14 is priced between RM3,799 and RM4,799.
