Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan plan new initiatives in trade, energy and transport sectors

Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan are planning new initiatives in trade, energy, transport and several other sectors, Azerbaijani Economy Minister Mikayil Dzhabbarov said on the X program.

The 13th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan was held in Bukhara on Wednesday.

The Minister noted that fruitful discussions were held during the meeting.

“Today in Bukhara we held productive discussions at the 13th meeting of the Intergovernmental Commission of Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan. The importance of implementing large-scale joint investment projects and optimizing export-import potential was emphasized. New initiatives are planned in trade, energy, transport, innovation, industry, agriculture, tourism and other sectors,” he said.
