SolarEdge Announces Hiring She’s looking for Nir as the company’s new Chief Marketing Officer. Prior to joining SolarEdge, Mr. Nir held several key leadership positions, including General Manager of SanDisk’s Consumer Business Unit, and led SanDisk’s Corporate Marketing Group. His extensive experience includes consulting for multinational corporations and serving on several boards, including Kornit Digital and IronSource.

Carbon Limit, a climate technology and CO2 capture company, announced the recent addition of Jeremy Healey as president and Joel Richardson as CFO. As president, Healey will lead all non-scientific teams, including strategy, product sales, carbon credit sales, operations and finance. Richardson’s responsibilities as CFO include implementing and leading all financial activities for the rapidly growing sustainability company.

Arevon Energy, Inc., a company engaged in the development, ownership and operation of renewable energy resources, announced that Nimmi Kavasery joined as Managing Director, Project Finance, based in Arevon’s New York office. Kavasery brings 15 years of finance experience to the role, including more than a decade of clean energy project finance experience during her time at Bank of America and GE Capital – Energy Financial Services.

Sparkfund Energy Transition Partner Hires Sarah Spencer WorkmanFormer Senior Global Director of Decarbonization at CBRE, as Executive Vice President of Client Solutions. In her new role, she will be responsible for capitalizing on the convergence of client needs and opportunities. Drawing on more than 17 years of experience, Spencer-Workman will lead the continued development of Sparkfund’s client solutions. Joining Sparkfund are Chenoa Warner and Nicholas Mart, who will serve as Vice President of Talent & Culture and Director of Program Commercialization, respectively.

The Solar Energy Industry Association (SEIA) announced that Sarah Vilms will serve as vice president of strategic growth initiatives for the organization. Vilms is a leading energy policy expert with nearly 30 years of experience in advocating for the deployment, permitting, transmission, and land use of renewable energy and energy storage. At SEIA, Vilms will focus on leveraging federal programs and funding opportunities to strengthen the impact of the solar and storage industry nationwide.

RESA Power, LLC, a company specializing in power system testing, transformer services, and solutions that extend the life of power distribution equipment, has announced the hiring of Scott Harrison as Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Effective immediately, Mr. Harrison replaces board member and interim CEO The Hill Innwho will support Mr Harrison during the transition period in his role.

Vicinity Energy has announced Kevin Hagerty is the new CEO and president. Bill DiCrocewho has served as CEO and president since 2012, will remain as chairman of Vicinity’s board of directors.
