Lenovo Legion Go

There’s so much going on in Lenovo’s first foray into the portable console market, so many extra parts and features that sound cool on paper but don’t quite make for a cohesive device. The two controllers can be detached from the main body, which is a fun but handy idea. The screen is larger than its contemporaries like the Steam Deck or the Asus ROG Ally, but it’s also heavier than either of those devices. The mouse-like FPS stick is a good idea, but it’s not easy to use when the stick is sticking out of your hand. I’d like to see an improved version of the Legion Go 2, but this current iteration is too unfocused to be anything more than a novelty. — Kyle Barr
