Iberdrola reports mixed renewable energy production

Iberdrola (ES:IBE) released an update.

Iberdrola’s latest report on net electricity generation shows mixed results, with an overall decline in the group’s total production of 16.7% in 2024 compared to 2023. Despite the decline, renewables, particularly onshore and offshore wind, hydroelectric and solar, have seen varying levels of growth across regions, with notable increases in renewable generation in Spain and the United States. Combined-cycle gas production, however, has seen significant reductions in most regions.
