Webster Financial Announces Executive Leadership Changes

Webster Financial (WBS) provided an update.

Webster Financial Corporation announced the appointment of William (Neal) Holland as Executive Vice President of Finance and Chief Financial Officer, effective July 15 and August 2024, respectively, following the retirement of Glenn MacInnes. With more than 20 years of experience, Holland brings a wealth of knowledge from previous positions, including Chief Financial Officer at First Republic Bank. Additionally, Webster’s board of directors welcomed William D. Haas as an independent director, increasing the board’s membership to 12. Both appointments include comprehensive compensation plans consistent with the company’s executive standards.
