reAlpha Completes Acquisition of AiChat for $1.14 Million

AiChat develops AI-powered customer service solutions that provide enterprise customers with access to intelligent chatbots and automation tools that streamline customer interactions and increase operational efficiency.

The same announcement revealed that reAlpha will acquire the remaining 15 percent stake in AiChat on June 30, 2025.

The total purchase price is $1.14 million, and reAlpha will also invest another $300,000 in AiChat at an undisclosed point in the future. The strategic acquisition also marks a significant milestone in reAlpha’s growth trajectory as the company seeks to expand its market presence in the Asia Pacific (APAC) region.

reAlpha will integrate AiChat’s conversational AI and customer service platform into its business and leverage the platform’s capabilities to increase the use and visibility of existing technologies and platforms, including Claire’s commission-free home buying platform.

According to Markets and Markets, the global conversational AI market, the industry in which AiChat operates, is forecast to grow from $13.2 billion in 2024 to $49.9 billion in 2030, growing at a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of 24.9 percent throughout the forecast period.

reAlpha CEO Giri Devanur said, “We are excited to welcome AiChat to the reAlpha Group. We believe this accretive acquisition is a major step in our journey to bring the global real estate industry into the digital age.

“AiChat’s innovative platform and talented team will accelerate our efforts to ensure Claire sets a new standard for efficiency, availability and reliability in the new home purchase experience,” he added.

Kester Poh, founder and CEO of AiChat, who is expected to continue to lead AiChat as part of reAlpha Group, said: “Joining forces with reAlpha opens up exciting new opportunities for AiChat. We look forward to integrating our technology with reAlpha’s resources and expertise, which will help us enhance our product offering and expand our market leadership.”

Since the beginning of last year, reAlpha has acquired IT consulting firm United Software Group (USG), artificial intelligence technology solutions company Naamche and investment and technology company Rhove.

In November, the company also announced the commercial launch of GENA, a tool that enhances residential property listings across multiple online real estate marketplaces by integrating personalized, AI-powered generative descriptions.
