New rules for people flying with dogs from outside the US

Anyone planning to travel by plane with their dog needs to prepare for the new rules.

The new rules will go into effect on August 1 for anyone bringing pets from outside the U.S.

All dogs must be at least six months old, microchipped and have current CDC dog import forms.
