Tree Regulations and the HOME Initiative – Community Calendar

Trees are the coolest thing, right? These things grow out of the ground and boom, you have shelter, you have oxygen, you have food – trees are basically the only place where you can get all your life’s needs. There’s even a Tree of the Year contest, which, by the way, is accepting entries through July 15. Remembering trees is an important part of housing development, so the city’s Department of Development Services is inviting the public to comment as new land use regulations are introduced.
