Poczta Polska launches a new e-commerce store

As part of its digital transformation, Poczta Polska has launched an online store offering its customers thousands of products.

Customers can visit sklep.poczta-polska.pl to buy school and office supplies, children’s items, cosmetics and haberdashery products, as well as home and garden items, souvenirs and gadgets. Each product is accompanied by a photo and clear description, which will make it easier to make a purchase decision. These new products are offered alongside traditional stamps, cartons, envelopes, foil packaging and newspaper articles, which are already available online at Poczta Polska.

The new e-commerce site will also offer promotions, allowing customers to purchase items at low cost and with ease, without having to register. Items can be paid for by bank transfer, credit card, BLIK, Google Pay or Apple Pay.

Fast shipping, tracking status and free returns

New systems and warehouse solutions will speed up the shipping of orders, and items can be sent to a collection point or home address, depending on the customer’s preferences. Customers using the Pocztex Mobile application can also track the route of their shipment on a smartphone or other mobile device. All items can be returned within 14 days, free of charge.
