HoganTaylor Announces Merger with Talent Acquisition Group

IPA 100 Company based in Tulsa, Oklahoma HoganTaylor LLP (fiscal year 2022 net income of $63.2 million) announced the expansion of its talent services business through the merger with Talent Acquisition Group (TAG). Effective today, the existing TAG and HoganTaylor talent practices will operate as Hogan-Taylor’s Talents.

HoganTaylor has provided clients with a broad range of talent development and talent management services for nearly a decade, including HR outsourcing and compliance, strategic planning facilitation, team training, executive coaching and succession development. The acquisition of TAG to create HoganTaylor Talent adds talent acquisition services to the company’s offering.
