WiseTech founder Richard White and chairman Richard Dammery must be stunned, because the amount of manipulation contained in the announcement of White’s decision to resign as chief executive is breathtaking.

After weeks of salacious revelations about White’s relationships with women, Dammery announced Thursday evening that White would step down as director and CEO, take a short break and transition to a role that will be called “founder and founding CEO.”
