Apple Releases Safari Technology Preview 199 – Brings Bug Fixes and Performance Improvements

Apple has released Safari Technology Preview 199, the latest version of its web browser for developers. The preview of Apple’s popular browser offers developers and other interested users the opportunity to try out features that may or may not appear in future public versions of Safari.

‌Safari Technology Preview‌ 199 includes fixes and updates for Apple Pay, CSS, editing, JavaScript, multimedia, rendering, and WebRTC.

The current version of ‌Safari Technology Preview‌ is compatible with macOS Sonoma and macOS Sequoia beta, the latest version of macOS tested by Apple.

Safari Technology Preview Release 199 is now available for download for macOS Sequoia beta and macOS Sonoma. If you already have Safari Technology Preview installed, you can update it in System Settings under General → Software Update.
