Coborn’s modernizes website and mobile app

(KNSI) – A local grocery retailer says online shopping is easier than ever.

Coborn recently unveiled a new website and mobile app that he says are a significant improvement over what customers have been using since the COVID-19 pandemic. Emily Coborn Wright, senior vice president of growth initiatives, exclaims, “We are thrilled to introduce this new and exciting online shopping experience that simplifies online grocery shopping with more convenient pickup and home delivery options. It truly is grocery shopping on the go.”

Coborn’s has teamed up with Instacart to revamp its virtual presence. They claim that online shoppers are guaranteed that the products they buy are fresh. You can view weekly ads and click a link to transfer a coupon directly from the ad to your cart.

Another cool feature that’s being rolled out is purchasable recipes. Browse through a collection of meal lists, and if you find one you like, you can click on it and the ingredients will automatically be transferred to your order.

EBT or SNAP benefits can now be used to make online purchases. Orders over $35 qualify for free pickup or delivery.

You can download the new Coborn’s app in the Apple App Store or via Google Play. Coborn’s says similar changes will soon come to other store brands, such as Cash-Wise.
