Dialog to expand warehouses in Johor

PETALING JAYA: Dialog Group BhdThe company’s subsidiary will expand its storage capacity by an additional 150,000 cubic metres for renewable and petroleum products at its terminal in Tanjung Langsat, Johor.

In a document filed with Bursa Malaysia, the group said the first 100,000 cubic metres would be allocated to EcoCeres Ltd, a subsidiary of EcoCeres Inc, while the remaining 50,000 would be leased to external clients such as multinational corporations and trading houses.

The expansion is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of fiscal year 2027.

Dialog Terminals Group unit Langsat (3) Sdn Bhd has entered into a take-or-pay agreement with EcoCeres Ltd for 100,000 cubic metres of storage, which has been the catalyst for the expansion of its terminal.
