Suspected home invasion turns deadly, leaves one man dead

Houston – A man is dead after a shooting at a Richmond home Wednesday. Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a call on Rippling Stream Lane around 9:10 p.m. and found the man dead.

The shooting is believed to be related to a possible home invasion, but the investigation is ongoing. The victim’s wife and two children were also home at the time, but no other injuries were reported.
