Appointments to management positions at leading companies: GS Caltex, Saatvik Solar and Happiest Minds

Premium lubricants maker GS Caltex India on Monday announced that Vijay Savant has been appointed as its new managing director and chief executive officer, effective August 1.

Savant, who previously worked at South Korean company LG Chem, has more than 25 years of experience, including stints at Reliance Industries and BP, according to a company statement.

On the same day, Saatvik Solar announced the appointment of Abani Kant Jha as Chief Financial Officer. Jha joins the company with extensive experience spanning a 25-year career across multiple industries.

In addition, Happiest Minds Technologies welcomed Mittu Sridhara and Rajiv Shah to its board of directors, taking the total number of board members to eight. Executive Chairman Ashok Soota highlighted their significant contributions to strategic IT roles and digital business development.
