BTIG Technology Investment Banking welcomes Satya Bajpai

NEW YORK, August 6, 2024–(BUSINESS WIRE)–BTIG today announced that Satya Bajpai has joined the firm as a Managing Director in the Technology Investment Banking group. Based in the firm’s San Francisco office, Mr. Bajpai will focus on delivering advisory solutions to technology and software companies globally and capitalizing on disruption opportunities in these rapidly evolving sectors.

Mr. Bajpai brings over two decades of experience to the firm. He was most recently a Managing Director in Technology Investment Banking at Citizens Financial Group, where he advised clients on strategic transactions in public and private markets. Prior to that, Mr. Bajpai held a similar role at Credit Suisse. Prior to that, he was a consultant at PwC and Deloitte, where he advised large technology companies on a variety of strategic initiatives and transformational transactions.
