Agency says SEC climate rules spared in Chevron ruling

SEC corporate emissions reporting requirements should still be allowed after this summer Chevron revocation, the agency told a federal court for the first time since the Supreme Court decision that it makes it easier for objectors to challenge some of the agency’s rules.
